A collection of Pictures…

by

Ok, so here are a few pictures that I’ve taken with my iPhone over the last couple of weeks. First there is the “what to do with left over pita bread” picture:

Pita bread turned into personal pizza

Yep, turns out some left over pita bread, a little left over spaghetti sauce, some chedder cheese and powdered garlic and the toaster oven and you have a very yummy personal pizza! (it helps that the pita bread was home made by Mom with organic whole wheat flour etc). Geek agreed that they were very yummy.

Second we have our new Mason Bee House:

Mom got Dad some mason bees for his birthday and so we now have a mason bee house from a scraps of wood (and a LOT of drilling!). The black is tape taping the tubes you purchase the bees in to the side of the bee house – apparently they will come back to lay their eggs from where they come out, so you want to have them start at the bee house.

Next up is a picture of one aspect of the world of Geek & Dad these days:

picture of an iPad (in it's box), an SIO2 & Blender programming book, and MacTech with an article on Games.

Yep, that’s our new iPad, plus a 3D for iPhone Apps with Blender and SIO2: Your Guide to Creating 3D Games and More with Open-Source Software book and MacTech with an article on “Games To Go!” (Cocos2d + chipmunk).

And, finally, we have the new official wake-up music for Geek And Dad:

Ok, just kidding, but I just saw this in the pile of CDs from the library and was kind of astounded so I had to take a picture of it. I haven’t actually listened to it yet, but I will! 🙂

Ok, that’s all for today kids. Back to work Dad! 😛

Impressed with the iPad, but even more impressed with the homemade pita bread!!! Curious why the iPad doesn’t have a webcam. I would totally get one if it did.
