Amateur balloon launch nets beautiful photos from 70,000 feet!

This is a fun story, but the photos on flickr (view the slideshow) are really amazing.

Amateur balloon launch with cameras, cell phone doing data recording (text messaging GPS locations, etc) on a very low budget.  Result: lots of “mistakes” (?), some glitches, but some outstanding photos.
